Friends of Sizewell C reaches 1,000 supporters

We’re excited to announce the Friends of Sizewell C group has reached a milestone with 1,000 friends now signed up! We’ve been overwhelmed with the supportive response from residents across East Anglia, who want to get the latest information on jobs, events and news from the Sizewell C project.

This strong enthusiasm we’ve seen for the project backs up polling which shows the majority of local people (58%) support Sizewell C. Interest in jobs, apprenticeships, and the other benefits Sizewell C will bring to the area are the main reasons our registered friends have told us they signed up.

Friends of Sizewell C can get regular updates direct to their inbox. They will also have opportunities to put questions to senior figures on the project and get the latest news articles which feature Sizewell C.
