EDF awarded Considerate Constructors Bronze Award for Aldhurst Farm

EDF Energy has begun remobilising on the Aldhurst Farm Habitat Creation Scheme.

We made excellent progress on the scheme last year with 80% of the wetland basins created and thousands of reeds planted. The remaining works will take approximately eight weeks and will include finishing off excavation of remaining groundwater basins, connecting power to the pump house, fencing the perimeter, completing the soil spreading around the site, reed planting and grass seeding.

EDF Energy and CA Blackwell has won a Bronze Considerate Constructors Scheme 2016 National Site Award.  The site has demonstrated the highest levels of consideration towards the public, its workforce and the environment.
